This policy explains what information we receive through the palami.io website and what we do with it. It covers the website only. The PALAMI system and the traveler app have separate terms.

Who we are

What we collect

Only what you enter in the demo request form: full name, email, phone and agency name (optional). You don’t have to give us these details, but without them we can’t get back to you.

Along with the form we also record which website or link brought you to us (for example LinkedIn, Google or a link we sent you), so we know which channels work. This is done without cookies.

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies or third-party analytics. As with any website, the hosting provider keeps technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation.

How we use it

To get back to you, schedule the demo and answer your questions. We won’t send you marketing emails without your explicit consent and we won’t sell or rent your details.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the website and receive requests, and only for that purpose: Amazon Web Services (website hosting) and Formspree (receiving form submissions and forwarding them to us by email). The information may be stored on servers outside Israel, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, and no longer than 24 months after your last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Email us at info@palami.io and we’ll handle it promptly.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS and access to requests is limited to the people who handle them.

Changes

If we update this policy, the new version will appear on this page with the date of the update.
